We have a proven track record and have made positive contributions to the consultants we’ve worked with over the course of those years, in terms of assisting with the development, growth and profitability of their practices together with the day-to-day running and organisation.
How Do We Charge?
We charge an hourly rate for the work that we do for you and we don’t round up our time. We don’t ask for a retainer and there is no minimum monthly or weekly spend. You will only pay for what you use.
Medical Practice Management/Medical secretarial services/Medical Personal Assistant/Medical Administration services
Prices start from £35.00 plus VAT per hour
This fee includes telephone calls and faxes to UK landlines plus printing costs.
The fee does not include stationery or stamps which the consultant is required to provide.
Clinical Medical transcription only
Typically £25.00 plus VAT per hour
Our medical transcription service covers only the typing of your Clinic letters, either directly into your own practice management software, or individually typed and securely E-mailed back to you, encrypted via Egress Switch.
We have looked at different ways of invoicing for our medical transcription services. Typically it will take between 4 and 8 minutes to transcribe 1 minute of reasonably good quality audio dictation.
If we make a charge based upon the length of your dictation, you may be encouraged to speak more quickly and less clearly. This may lead to medical transcription difficulties and errors.
We therefore believe that we can give you a better service if we charge you based upon the length of time it takes us to complete your piece of work
This is charged at 10% of the consultant’s own report fee.
The fee includes typing the medical report, any edits if required by the consultant, and the preparation of the consultant’s invoice. We can either E-mail the completed report to the solicitor or reporting agency for you or E-mail it back to you so that you may do this yourself.
Payment of our fees are required by BACS within 7 days of receipt of our invoice.
